In a beautiful location, the Gerhalde ski lift was situated on the outskirts of Mittelberg. The drag lift was put into operation on December 28, 1962, and brought much joy to locals and guests every winter. Various slopes were available for young and adult athletes. The drag lift itself had a length of 350 m. Unfortunately, the ski lift is no longer in operation and the Gerhalde ski area is closed.
