The new Geißkopfbahn replaces the 1-seater chairlift Geißkopf and the Parallellift. The new 6-seater chairlift offers significantly more comfort, higher capacity, and a much shorter ride time. The new lift route is slightly shifted to the left and runs over existing ski slopes. The facility is designed for year-round operation; in summer, it mainly transports mountain bikers with their bikes.
