The Feldberg ski resort is located in the largest and oldest nature reserve in Baden-Württemberg. Special attention is paid to wildlife protection areas, and visitors are encouraged to behave responsibly. At Seebuck, there is a large nature information center for anyone who wants to learn more about the Black Forest Nature Park.
Public transportation/on-site mobility

Trains run hourly from Freiburg to Feldberg-Bärental. From there, scheduled buses connect directly to the ski area. - Ski buses

- The Feldberg is easily accessible by bus from the surrounding towns. The FreizeitBus line 9007 connects Feldberg with Altglashütten. Another line operates between Bärental train station and the ski lifts. On weekends, this line also runs from Titisee and all the way to Todtnau. On weekends and during holiday periods, a free shuttle bus also operates between the various valley stations in the Feldberg area.
