The Berwang Valley is perfect for families. In Berwang, childcare is available from the age of three, and both Berwang and Bichlbach have dedicated children's areas run by the ski schools, where Bobo the Penguin ensures plenty of fun during those first attempts at skiing. Especially in Berwang, around the entry points to the child-secured Egghof Sun Jet and the Obere Karbahn I at the B-Active Center, there is an attractive selection of practice slopes for the little ones, which gently increase in difficulty. Here, children can also practice using the lifts perfectly, with conveyor belts, rope tows, drag lifts, and chairlifts. At the nearby Braunilift in Berwang, there is also a secluded and quiet beginner area to further practice those first turns. At Thaneller, a free conveyor belt awaits. Toboggan runs complete the range of activities.

Children's Area of the Bichlbach Ski School

The area of the Bichlbach ski school is somewhat smaller than in Berwang, but it also features a conveyor belt and a rope lift. The practice slope at the Sonnbichllift is not very busy, so the little ones have plenty of peace and quiet for their first attempts at skiing.

Toboggan run "Bärenritt"

The Bärenritt toboggan run starts at the mountain station of the Egghof Sun Jet in Berwang. The run is great fun, perfectly groomed, and also suitable for the little ones. A special highlight is the weekly illuminated night tobogganing.
