The speed can be adjusted and the belt runs at a maximum of 20 km/h, while the skier or snowboarder can move at up to 35 km/h on the belt. The incline can also be adjusted, from approximately 14 degrees up to 24 degrees.
Advantages include:

- perfectly "groomed" slopes – no ice/moguls
- good learning success for beginners
- independent of the weather
