Sun Valley is located in the heart of Idaho in the Rocky Mountains. Access is via well-developed roads to Ketchum, and from there you can reach the ski area within a few minutes. Parking is free at both valley stations, and if you park further away, free shuttle buses will take you directly to the valley station. Sun Valley (SUN) even has its own airport in Hailey, 20 km away, which is served by direct flights from several major cities in the USA.
