Special family rooms and suites at the Hotel Fire & Ice, a free adventure playground (1,500 m² directly at the Alm Biergarten in front of the ski hall with a giant jumping pillow), and the Neuss climbing park complete the offer.
Special ski school programs (including an extra program to help the youngest children get used to the snow), starting with the "Schneetaufe" and progressing to proper ski courses, attract families from near and far to the Alpenpark Neuss.
