Snowbird has four hotels right next to the ski slopes: The Cliff Lodge, The Lodge at Snowbird, The Inn and The Iron Blosam. The lodges offer facilities including heated outdoor pools, hot tubs and spa areas. The Cliff Lodge is among the most famous ski accommodation in North America.

Alternative accommodation is available in the metropolitan area around Salt Lake City. The ski resort is just 35 minutes or so from Salt Lake City. It is around 20 minutes from Sandy and Cottonwood Heights in Salt Lake County. The journey to the ski resort takes you over a mountain road through Little Cottonwood Canyon.
