Slope offering, variety of runs
The Mutterer Alm ski resort offers mainly easy and intermediate slopes. The highlights are the Muttereralm run (3400m long, easy) and the Goetzens run (4200m long, intermediate) which lead down next to both of the 8 person gondola lifts. You can ski both runs down to the valley or stop at the middle station of the Mutterer Alm lift or the Goetzner lift. The only black run is located at the 4 person Pfriemeskoepfl chair lift. There is also a 6 km long toboggan run in Mutters.
Run location
just above tree line, under tree line
From both Mutters and Goetzens, modern, long, 8 person gondola lifts with middle stations lead up to the ski resort. The gondola lifts provide access to most of the runs in the ski resort. In the upper part of the resort, there is also a four person chair lift and a j-bar lift available for skiers and snowboarders.

The slope preparation is very good.
Tip: By new snow, an optimal slope prepartion is not always possible, even with a large effort. In addition, the new snow can not combine with the snow lying underneath and moguls are created quickly. For safety reasons, usually no slope preparation is possible during operating times.
From the Innsbruck Sued (Innsbruck South) exit, it is only 3 km to the Muttereralm lift. To the Goetzner lift, it's only a little bit further and there are almost always enough free parking spaces available. There are even people movers which run from the lower parking lots to the valley station - very comfortable!
