Deer Valley offers excellent visitor services and outstanding hospitality. Staff are always present at the lifts and are attentive and helpful. Service at the ticket desks is obliging. Skis are taken from skiers as they board the gondola lift and removed and handed back at the exit.

Deer Valley impresses with a wide range of premium services: free ski storage during the day and overnight; free ski storage during the day at restaurants; car park shuttle service; visitor information service; staff beside piste maps to answer questions; photographer service on the mountain; first aid; ski service; ski depot; lost property office and much more. Deer Valley places great emphasis on customer service.
