The Grosse Arber, with its 1,456 m altitude, is the highest mountain in the Bavarian Forest and is therefore also known as the "King of the Bavarian Forest". With its 6 person gondola, two 6 person chair lifts, t-bar lifts, the ArBaer children's area with 4 people movers and dwarf garden, funpark, winter toboggan run with floodlights, ski rental and ski service - it is one of the most modern ski resorts in Germany.
