Wildhaus is ideal for children and families. The ski resort is home to the most modern family lift in Switzerland. This 6-person chairlift offers comprehensive features for children, including weather-protection covers, a height-adjustable boarding area and child-safety restraints. The lift provides access to ideal easy terrain between Freienalp and Oberdorf. The klangslope is also located here, with turns, waves and tunnels. In the valley, there is a large children's area and a wide choice of ski lessons. The Toggenburg in Oberdorf, a castle built from snow, is a popular place to play. The Berggasthaus Oberdorf also offers special family menus.

Kinderland Wildhaus children's area (Snowli-Arena)

The large children's area (Snowli-Arena) is operated by the Schneesportschule Wildhaus and is located in the valley in Wildhaus. It offers very good facilities for children. It is slightly away from the slopes and has large practice areas and people movers. Several tow ropes, a children’s carousel and a tepee tent complete the offering.
