Blackcomb Gondola Upper (YOC 2018)

The new 10-person Blackcomb Gondola connects the Upper Village with the 3-person chairlift Peak 2 Peak. The new lift system enables a comfortable, weather-protected ascent all year round without changing lifts. The 10-person gondola replaces two 4-person chairlifts, the Wizard Express and the Solar Coaster Express.

The 10-person Blackcomb Gondola, together with the 6-person chairlift Emerald Express and the 4-person chairlift Catskinner Express, is part of a modernization package worth 66 million Canadian dollars.
