The beautiful Boutique Hotel Nives is a gem of South Tyrolean luxury, located in the heart of Selva di Val Gardena, right on the village square. Guests are personally welcomed by the Linder family with a welcome drink and South Tyrolean delicacies. The staff throughout the hotel are very friendly and exceptionally attentive. The lounge bar and wine bar are particularly inviting. When the sun shines on the terrace, you can enjoy your coffee or an aperitif here.

In the restaurant for hotel guests, not only is the culinary aspect inviting, but also the first-class atmosphere in the bright rooms, enhanced by large windows and a clean, modern design. The carefully arranged details, such as the daily changing table decorations, promise something special. Here, guests are served a first-class gourmet dinner menu with a salad buffet (in winter) and breakfast. The excellent sommelier Alex Linder, the head of the house, takes guests on a very special wine journey. He delights guests with fine wines from the wine region of South Tyrol, as well as top wines from around the world, all stored in the hotel’s own wine cellar.

In addition to the restaurant for hotel guests, there is also an à la carte restaurant. The small restaurant and the old farmhouse parlor from 1859 are the ideal place to enjoy a delicious lunch or a lovely evening with good food.
