Ski lifts/​ropeways Tūroa – Mt. Ruapehu

From the base station, two parallel chairlifts take you up into the Tūroa ski area on Mt. Ruapehu. Additional chairlifts provide access to the slopes in the upper section. The 6-seater chairlift High Noon Express takes you to the highest point of a ski area in New Zealand. From up here, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the North Island. Platter lifts and a conveyor belt complete the range of facilities.
