Beginners Splügen – Tambo
Beginners will find an excellent beginner area at the mountain station of Tanatzhöhi (2,140 m). A conveyor belt, a drag lift, and a triple chairlift provide access to several easy slopes around Tanatzhöhi. The runs from Tanatzhöhi are all at least of intermediate difficulty and not suitable for complete beginners. Beginners can take the gondola from Tanatzhöhi to the Blachtaboda mid-station. From there, an easy slope leads down to the valley, which is also well-suited for repeat runs by beginners. At the valley station, there is a conveyor belt operated by the ski school.
