The Snow Valley Ski Club operates a small ski slope in the southwest of Edmonton. The Snow Valley ski area is located in Whitemud Park and offers a four-seater chairlift and a three-seater chairlift. In addition, there are two conveyor belts. The slopes are mostly easy and therefore very family-friendly. Ski lessons are offered for beginners. Snow Valley is very popular with Edmonton residents, and many come in the evening for night skiing.
