The new Funifor Birg-Schilthorn (Piz Gloria) replaces the 100-person cable car Birg-Schilthorn (Piz Gloria). It is part of the modernization project "SCHILTHORN 20XX". The state-of-the-art lift system is significantly less susceptible to wind and at the same time much more comfortable. Thanks to the two cabins, which can be operated independently of each other, operation is ensured even during maintenance periods.
