Red Mountain Resort is a paradise for advanced skiers and freeriders. The ski area is known for its excellent snow quality and receives very high amounts of fresh snowfall. Numerous challenges await within the ski area boundaries: steep groomed and ungroomed slopes, mogul runs, deep powder slopes, descents through trees and forests (tree skiing), steep bowls, and cliffs. The deep powder slopes within the ski area boundaries are controlled, and you can practically ski the entire resort.
