Snow-reliable rating Pizol – Bad Ragaz/Wangs
At the top of the Pizol ski area, lack of snow is usually unheard of. Between Pardiel and Gaffia, the high altitude means there is generally enough snow from November to April. Snow cannons provide additional support from Gaffia to Maienberg and from Pardiel to Schwamm. The valley run to Wangs is not covered by artificial snow and is almost never open. The expansion of snowmaking 4.0 is in progress and will be completed by 2027.
