Snow-reliable rating Pizol – Bad Ragaz/Wangs
At the top of the Pizol ski area, lack of snow is usually not an issue. Between Pardiel and Gaffia, the high altitude ensures sufficient snow from November to April. Snowmakers assist from Gaffia to Maienberg and from Pardiel to Schwamm. The valley run to Wangs is not covered by artificial snow and is almost never open. The expansion of snowmaking 4.0 was completed for the 2025/26 winter season.
