Access, Parking Meiringen-Hasliberg
The Meiringen-Hasliberg ski area can be reached from Bern and Lucerne/Zurich via the A8 motorway. The A8 runs in some sections as a two-lane federal road, and when coming from Lucerne, the Brünig Pass is crossed shortly before the turnoff to Hasliberg and Meiringen. For day guests from Lucerne/Zurich, the Hasliberg/Twing entry point is recommended, while for day guests coming from Bern, the entry point in Meiringen is advisable. Access from the south (Valais) and east (Uri) is not possible in winter via federal roads 6 and 11 (Susten and Grimsel Pass), as the passes are closed. Arrival is only possible via the A8 (Interlaken-Brienzwiler-Lungern-Sarnen-Hergiswill). Sufficient parking spaces are available for guests at the valley stations Twing and Meiringen, but these are subject to a fee.
