You can stop for refreshments at the valley station in the Caribou Chalet or at the mid-station in the Eagle Chalet and Paradise Chalet. The Caribou Chalet offers a self-service restaurant, a cafeteria, and the serviced Caribou Grill Restaurant. Unfortunately, there are no dining options at the summit or higher up in the ski area.

The Caribou Grill is a very nice restaurant with a bar. There is a good selection of dishes and a variety of wines, beers, and cocktails.
Eagle Chalet
At the mid-station next to the Paradise Chalet
The Eagle Chalet is a cozily furnished restaurant with a bar and an open fireplace. There is a good selection of dishes as well as various wines, beers, and cocktails.
