Carosello 3000 I (San Rocco-Baite Pel) (YOC 2017)

The 10-seater gondola lift Carosello 1 is part of a cable car connection from San Rocco to the highest lift-accessible point in the Livigno ski area. The two 10-seater monocable gondola lifts Carosello 3000 1 and Carosello 3000 2 transport their guests uphill in two sections without the need to change lifts. The comfortable lifts from Doppelmayr were constructed in just one summer and began operation right on time for the start of the season in December 2017.

The 10-seater gondola lift Carosello 3000 1 serves the first section of the route. It runs from San Rocco to the mid-station Baite Pel. The travel time for this first section, which is about one kilometer long, is just over three minutes. The elegantly designed cabins can accommodate up to ten passengers at a time. Both the valley and mid-stations of the lift were completely newly built. From the mid-station, the second section Carosello 3000 2 continues without the need to change lifts.
