    Thanks to its high altitude, the Les 3 Vallées ski area enjoys a very long season. 85% of the slopes are located above 1,800 m. An impressive number of snow cannons provide support in the lower areas when needed. In the Val Thorens sector, there are also several glaciers, making skiing possible here from the end of November to the beginning of May.
