The 10-seater gondola lift Pointe de la Masse is part of the restructuring of the La Masse sector in Les Menuires. It replaces most of the previously existing lift facilities, such as the 12-seater gondola lift La Masse 2, the 3-seater chairlifts Rocher Noir and Lac Noir. The new 10-seater gondola lift connects the valley area directly with the summit area of Pointe de la Masse.
