La Plagne has 10 individual ski resorts, all connected by ski runs. Each resort has its own character and architectural style. Most accommodations are located directly on the slopes. There is no 5-star hotel, but all other types of accommodation are available. The most beautiful resort directly in the ski area is Belle Plagne. Unfortunately, some resorts have high-rise buildings (Aime la Plagne, Plagne Bellecôte, Plagne Centre). Six ski resorts are located between 1800 and 2100 meters directly on the slopes (Aime la Plagne, Belle Plagne, Plagne 1800, Plagne Bellecôte, Plagne Centre, Plagne Villages - Soleil). Four ski resorts are situated between 1250 and 1450 meters (Les Coches, Montchavin, Champagny en Vanoise, Plagne Montalbert). Here you will often find families who appreciate the traditional Savoyard architecture and authentic villages.
