The ski resort of Krvavec is located in the Slovenian Alps in Upper Carniola. The ski resort can be accessed quickly and easily from the Upper Carniola-Lower Carniola motorway. Adequate free parking is available around the base station of the gondola lift (521 metres). If the road is drivable, there are some more parking spaces at the Kriška Planina base station (1,477 metres) (long drive on a mountain road, used almost entirely for the accommodation). Ljubljana airport is around just 10 minutes from the base station.
