Conservation of the beautiful natural environment is a priority for the ski resort of Kläppen. The ski resort therefore invests in protecting the environment. Floodlighting on the slopes has been replaced by energy-saving LED lights. GPS snow-depth measurement systems installed in the snowcats allow an even more efficient combination of grooming and snow production. The resort also continuously invests in energy-efficient snow cannons. Waste is separated in the ski resort. Charging points at the car parks and holiday homes make it possible to travel to the resort by electric car.
