Environmental protection of the ski resort Hörnerbahn – Bolsterlang
The Bolsterlang ski resort is located in the Nagelfluhkette Nature Park and places great emphasis on environmental preservation. Public transportation by bus is promoted. There is a free shuttle bus to Ofterschwang and a ski bus from Fischen to the village lift. In the ski area, the heating systems are supported by solar energy and there are pellet heating systems. Additionally, waste heat from the gearboxes at the Hörnerbahn is recovered and utilized.

- A ski bus runs hourly between the Hörnerbahn and the Weltcup-Express Ofterschwang. Departures from the Hörnerbahn valley station are at half past the hour, and from the Ofterschwang valley station on the hour. The entire Oberallgäu region is also served by regular bus lines.
