In Folgaria/Fiorentini, you will find charming huts and restaurants spread throughout the entire ski area. Most of them are self-service restaurants, but there are also huts with table service. The selection of dishes is excellent everywhere, and you will usually be served Italian specialties.

Calkera Pizzeria Ristorante Bar
In Fondo Grande at 1350 m
The venue is a mix of pizzeria, restaurant, and bar, offering a very diverse cuisine. Additionally, there is a bar with drinks and an après-ski atmosphere. In good weather, the sun terrace is especially inviting.
Osteria Coe
At Passo Coe at 1610 m
Osteria Coe offers a cozy lounge with a tiled stove and an open fireplace. There are excellent regional specialties. The wine selection is also very good.
Rifugio Baita Tonda
At the Serrada-Martinella mountain station at 1600 m
Baita Tonda is a cozy mountain restaurant offering typical Trentino cuisine. There is a self-service area and a serviced area. From the sun terrace, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains.
Giaz
In Fondo Grande at 1350 m
Das Giaz in Fondo Grande is a small, modern bistro known especially for its relaxed atmosphere and uncomplicated food. It typically combines self-service with freshly prepared dishes, similar to other mountain huts in the area, but with a more modern touch and a concept more akin to a café/bar.

Cozy and rustic mountain hut with bar and sun terrace. Completely newly renovated interior with tiled stove and excellent regional dishes.
Stella d'Italia
Below Sommo Alto, on the Francolini slope at 1550 m
The Stella d'Italia features an open fireplace and several wooden parlors. It is a self-service hut, but the dishes are freshly prepared upon order.
