Trail map and overview maps
The piste map provides an excellent overview of the cross-border ski area. The connection between La Rosière and La Thuile via the Little St. Bernard Pass is highlighted in a separate section on the map. All lifts and pistes are marked. However, the type of chairlift is not clearly indicated for each lift.
Information boards and sign-postings on the slopes
Orientation in the Espace San Bernardo winter sports area is overall very user-friendly. The signage in the ski area is internationally standardized and bilingual (French and Italian). Thanks to the clear slope signage, it is easy to find your way around this cross-border ski area. It is also pointed out that you should return to your starting point on time, as it is not possible to travel from one location to another after the lifts close.
