Beginners Cortina d'Ampezzo

The majority of slopes in Cortina d'Ampezzo are easy. Beginners will find many easy slopes between Pocol, Socrepes, and Col Drusciè, which are accessible by chairlifts and a gondola. Starting in Socrepes is highly recommended for beginners. An easy slope leads as a ski trail with road crossings all the way to the valley station in Cortina. There are also many easy slopes at Passo Falzarego and Cinque Torri. However, beginners should take the cable car back down to the valley from Tofana. Cristallo and Faloria are less suitable for beginners, as they almost exclusively offer intermediate and advanced slopes.
