From Pozza di Fassa, you can take the ski bus to Pera di Fassa, where two fast 4-seater chairlifts, Vajolet I+II, will whisk you up to Pian Pecei at an altitude of 1810 m. From here, you can either take the chairlift up to Ciampedie at 2000 m, or ride the Bubble Pra Martin up to the highest point in the ski area at 2040 m.
From there, you can ski back down to Pian Pecei on slopes of all difficulty levels. The challenging Alberto Tomba run is highly recommended. At Ciampedie, there is another four-seater chairlift called Campo Scuola, which serves a very easy slope. The intermediate Thöni run leads down to Vigo di Fassa, from where you can take a cable car back up to Ciampedie in just a few minutes.
Another intermediate run leads from here down to Pian Pecei. Very easy forest runs eventually take you back to the valley station in Pera di Fassa. The ski area is not particularly large, but it offers slopes for every winter sports enthusiast, and there are some lovely ski huts and restaurants around Ciampedie. This ski area is also ideal for families.
