Gastronomy tip
Restaurant Moosalp
On the Moosalp at 2,048 m
One of the best mountain restaurants in Switzerland and awarded by Gault Millau. The Restaurant Moosalp is a pilgrimage site for gourmets – and accordingly popular. Rarely do location, service, and cuisine harmonize so perfectly. Classics: veal chop, cream slice, or a raclette straight from the wood fire in the restaurant’s own Raclette-Chalet. Excellent selection of Valais wines!
Restaurant Ronalp
At the children's paradise Bodmen at 1,460 m
The Ronalp restaurant is located right next to the children's paradise Bodmen. The award-winning Cordon Bleu is available in the classic style or in ten (!) other variations. Modern and tastefully furnished. The whole village meets at the front. In the cozy dining room, you can dine in a more elegant atmosphere—please, no ski boots.

Bergrestaurant Panorama
On the Bürchneralp at 2,000 m
The mountain restaurant Panorama is famous for its cheese fondue and its Valais platter, but above all for its panoramic view of the ski area and all the way to the Rhône Valley. And the story of Alfons Furrer is told with almost reverent awe: more than half a century ago, he carried every stone, every board, and every nail up to the Büchneralp by hand to build this refuge. Knowing this makes you cherish it even more.
Bergrestaurant Dorbia
On the Moosalp at 2,042 m
It is rare to find such variety on the mountain: from veal bratwurst with spicy onion sauce and rösti, to wood-fired pizza from the in-house Pizza Chalet, all the way to horse entrecôte served on the hot Dorbia stone. With the Dorbia, a unique culinary path has been created amidst great neighbors. Guests are delighted – especially with the large sun terrace.
