The ski resort on the high plateau is easily accessible with public transportation. They take great measures to ensure soft tourism and environmental protection.


Public transportation/on-site mobility

  • No direct train connection
    Bürchen can be accessed via the Visp, Bahnhof Süd (train station south). Buses travel from here to the ski resort (10 km away). The nearest train station to Törbel is Stalden-Saas. It is about 8 km away from the ski resort. Buses travel from here to the ski resort.
  • Scheduled buses
  • Post Bus connections from Stalden to Törbel as well as from Visp to Bürchen and the Moosalp multiple times daily, however you must pay to use the bus. Transportation on the Moosalp is with a slope grooming machine with a passenger cabin (the Alpuschnaager).
