All slopes at Großer Arber are freshly groomed every day. For night skiing, an additional grooming is carried out immediately beforehand. Thanks to the use of modern snow groomers with winches, even the steeper runs are excellently and evenly prepared, ensuring that winter sports enthusiasts always find optimal slope conditions.
General note: By new snow, an optimal slope preparation is not always possible, even with a large effort. In addition, the new snow can not combine with the snow lying underneath and moguls are created quickly. For safety reasons, usually no slope preparation is possible during operating times.
