Experts will find their terrain at the gondola lift. With the World Cup run and the Osthang run, two black slopes await advanced skiers. The black World Cup run at Arber is even approved for FIS women's and men's World Cup races in the disciplines of slalom and giant slalom. Some mogul slopes are located at the edges of the pistes. Freeriding is not permitted due to nature conservation.

The ski route starts directly at the summit of the Arber and leads to the village of Bodenmais. The trail is usually groomed with a snowcat track. There is no ski lift connection back to the Arber in Bodenmais.
