The Arabba/Marmolada ski area offers an excellent range of slopes. From Arabba, you can head to the highest mountain in the Dolomites, the Marmolada. Arabba is also an ideal starting point for the famous ski circuit “Sellaronda.” The slopes around the Sella massif lead through Alta Badia, Gröden (Val Gardena), and Fassatal (Val di Fassa) back to Arabba. The slopes in Arabba themselves also offer great variety and an incredible backdrop. Surrounded by the most beautiful peaks of the Dolomites, the views in Arabba and on the Marmolada are breathtaking. The 12 km long Bellunese run from the Marmolada down to Malga Ciapela is sensational. The sporty slopes at Porta Vescovo are a real challenge. The gentle hills from Burz to the Cherz plateau are a delight.

Suggested routes through ski resort

Sellaronda: Arabba/Marmolada is part of the world-famous Sellaronda. On the panoramic tour around the Sella massif, you pass through the ski regions of Alta Badia, Gröden (Val Gardena), and Val di Fassa (Fassatal) in about 5 to 6 hours. The Sellaronda can be done in two directions: the higher and more challenging orange tour clockwise, and the green tour counterclockwise.
Tour to the Marmolada Glacier: From Arabba to Malga Ciapela and by cable car up to the Marmolada. At Punta Rocca (3,269 m), a sensational view awaits you from the viewing platform.
