The high plateau on the Seiser Alm is excellent terrain for beginners. The easy slopes around Compatsch are ideal. This is where the gondola from Seis am Schlern arrives. In addition to easy slopes, there are two ski schools with practice areas here. There is another practice area at the Ludy drag lift.
