Beginners Alpe d'Huez
In Alpe d'Huez, learning to ski is especially easy. Numerous valley lifts provide access to gentle slopes for your very first attempts on skis. Some of these lifts can be used free of charge. Around the villages, there are also Ski tranquille zones for slow skiing on gentle slopes. If you have already made some progress, the beginner ski pass 1ère Glisse is a good choice. Especially around the main resort of Alpe d'Huez, there are many easily accessible slopes of easy difficulty. With the exception of Vaujany, all villages have blue runs close to the valley.
