Evaluated by Skiresort.info, the world's largest test portal for ski resorts.
The evaluation is done as follows
Family offers/child-friendly rating Alagna Valsesia/Gressoney-La-Trinité/Champoluc/Frachey (Monterosa Ski)
Children up to 8 years old do not have to pay for a ski pass when accompanied by an adult, and children's areas can be found throughout the ski resort. The one in Stafal features a conveyor belt and is also available for childcare. In Gressoney, the children's area is located opposite the valley station of the Punta Jolanda chairlift. In Alagna, the children's area can be found in the Wold district, about one kilometer above the valley station of the gondola lift. The setup in Champoluc is perfect, with a play area right in the middle of the ski resort and a practice area located right next to it. Toboggan runs are available in Ciarcerio (with conveyor belt) and in Stafal. You can also go sledding or snowtubing in the Baby Snow Park in Gressoney.
