Since the 2015/2016 season, only the most modern lifts are found at the Oberjoch ski resort. Almost all of the old tow lifts have been removed and replaced with modern 8 and 6-person chairlifts with weather protectors. The entire ski resort can now be accessed by chairlifts with weather protectors. The Idealhang tow lift remains for beginners. The Schwanden, Grenzwies and Wiedhag chairlifts feature child safety restraints and seat heaters. The Schwanden lift was also the first 8-person chairlift in Germany with weather protectors.
