The Mérida cable car is the highest (4,785 m) aerial tramway in the world. With a total length of 12.5 kilometers, it is also the longest aerial tramway in the world divided into several sections. In about an hour, you can reach the "Pico Espejo" in 4 sections, right up to the foot of the "Pico Bolivar". At 5,007 m, it is the highest mountain in Venezuela. Unfortunately, skiing operations have been discontinued due to a lack of snow.
