On the Zermatt side, there are several exclusive huts offering outstanding food and drinks. Some Zermatt huts are also listed and awarded in the GaultMillau gourmet guide. Of course, you will also find rustic huts, large sun terraces, and self-service restaurants scattered along the slopes. The ski huts in Italy usually serve typical Italian cuisine.
