Beginners Tignes/​Val d'Isère

In many areas of the Tignes/Val d'Isère ski resort, beginner zones have been set up. There are even free practice lifts for beginners (Tignes 1550 Les Brévières, Tignes 1800, Tignes 2100 Lavachet-Le Lac, Tignes Val Claret, and Val d'Isère 1850). The ski area offers many easy slopes and special slopes for slow skiing (piste tranquille, marked green on the piste map). A very large area with slopes for slow skiing is located at the Rocher de Bellevard mountain station between Val d'Isère and Tignes.
