The Schilthorn ski area offers a good selection of mountain restaurants and ski lodges. From the revolving restaurant Piz Gloria and from Bistro Birg, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. In table-service areas, Swiss specialties are often served, but quick snacks are also available (e.g. Skyline Shop & Bar Mürren, Quick Corner Birg).

360°-Restaurant Piz Gloria

The restaurant is located right at the summit of the Schilthorn.

In about 45 minutes, the restaurant rotates around its own axis. The view of over 200 mountain peaks, including Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau, is spectacular. The full-service restaurant offers snacks as well as regional dishes, and also serves the popular James Bond Brunch every day.

Bistro Birg

At the Birg mid-station of the Mürren-Schilthorn aerial cableway at 2,676 m

The large sun terrace with its spectacular view of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau is not to be missed. The Skyline Walk above the vertical drop provides an extra thrill. At Bistro Birg, you can choose between table service and self-service.

At Schiltgrad at 2,145 m by the chairlift (next to the blue slope Gimmeln)

The small, rustic hut fascinates with a magnificent view of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. Cakes and soups as well as simple dishes can be enjoyed on the sunny terrace.
