The Saint-Lary-Soulan ski area is one of the larger ski resorts in the Pyrenees. It extends across the three sectors Pla d’Adet, Espiaube, and Vallon du Portet. Two cable cars from the village of Saint-Lary take you up into the ski area. The valley runs end in Pla d'Adet, La Cabane, and Espiaube. There is no valley run all the way down to Saint-Lary itself.
