The Saas-Fee ski area offers not only some challenging slopes but also the well-known ski routes: Weisse Perle (Spielboden), Kanonenrohr (below Morenia), National (Plattjen), Galen (Plattjen), and Felsental (Felskinn mountain station). After fresh snowfall, you can find very attractive off-piste powder areas. If you wish to go ski touring or off-piste skiing, you should contact one of the mountaineering schools. Every year, they put together truly "top" attractive tour programs. Due to the high-alpine location, trips off the secured slopes should only be undertaken with a mountain guide.
