The hosts focus on local ingredients and regional recipes, ranging from light to hearty and from sweet to savory.

The Wasserfalleralm offers very beautiful rooms on the upper floor. Guests are treated to South Tyrolean specialties and high-quality dishes. The wine cellar is well stocked.

In the rustic and cozy parlors, you can indulge in South Tyrolean dishes and international specialties. The Kaiserschmarrn is very popular. A good selection of wines completes the offering.
Kalcheralm
